1. Perishable Products Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and floral arrangements, all sales are considered final.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will gladly assist if there is an issue with your order.

 


 

2. Reporting an Issue

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us:

Within 48 hours of delivery

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

 


 

3. Exchanges & Replacements

We offer a replacement or exchange if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The flowers are of unsatisfactory quality
  • The arrangement is significantly different from what was ordered

To process a request, we may ask for:

  • Photos of the product
  • Return of the original arrangement (if applicable)

 


 

4. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality floral designs and excellent service.

If an issue occurs due to our error, we will:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Redeliver a new arrangement, or
  • Provide a partial or full refund

We aim to resolve all concerns quickly and fairly.

 


 

5. Delivery Issues

a) If the issue is our responsibility:

(e.g., incorrect item, missed delivery)

We will:

  • Redeliver at no additional cost, or
  • Provide a full refund

b) If the issue is not our responsibility:

(e.g., incorrect address, missing details, recipient unavailable)

  • Additional delivery fees may apply
  • Refunds are not guaranteed

We will still do our best to assist and resolve the situation.

 


 

6. Non-Delivery Situations

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Missing contact information
  • Recipient unavailable or refusing delivery

Redelivery may be arranged for an additional fee.

 


 

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched.

Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible.

 


 

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
